In 2007, my now wife, started Matchbook Creative with two partners. When they opened the doors they asked if I could help develop a brand that would start small and strike big. We wanted to develop a brand that the agency could grow with by tapping into simple fonts and colors that could ride the trend train. Our green selected stands bold with subtle hidden hints of blazing orange throughout every collateral piece we created. I even had the pleasure of designing the actual matchbook itself (I think we ordered near 20,000, which was ironic considering none of us were smokers.) It only takes one match to start a forest fire and this company quickly developed a hot brand from the day the doors opened.

Shortly after they opened the doors at Matchbook CreativeI took a leap from by current position to help this team grow their flame. A decision I am thankful for everyday.
